21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after trying it on or holding it in your hands, you can return it within 21 days of delivery in its original, unused, and unwashed condition for a full refund of the product price.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.
- We will reply with the exact return address confirmation.
- Package the items carefully to avoid damage, including a note with your order number inside.
You can also submit your request directly through our Orders and Returns form.
Important Shipping Guidelines for Returns:
- Shipping Method: Returns must be sent using Standard Shipping via your local Post Office. Do not use Express/Courier services (EMS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for returns.
- Processing Time: Standard processing takes 10–14 days after we receive the item.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
Original & Return Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For exchanges, the customer covers shipping both ways.
Taxes & Fees: Taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
🇺🇸 United States Orders
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): A 10% fee is added at checkout to cover all import duties and taxes on our end. You will not owe any additional fees upon delivery.
🇪🇺 European Union Orders
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your local authorities.
Customs Clearance: Please ensure you provide any required information or payment promptly to local customs.
Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery or failing to clear customs results in package abandonment—no refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.
📦 Unpaid Express Duties (DHL Express)
If an order shipped via DHL Express is returned to us because the buyer failed or refused to pay local customs fees, all return shipping costs and carrier penalties charged to us by DHL will be deducted from your final product refund.
