SOL – Seed of Life makes clothing and accessories printed with our own psychedelic and visionary art, on high quality materials, for men and women. This page explains how we ship, how returns work, how to pay, and the terms you agree to when you buy from us.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Dispatch

Orders leave us within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

Delivery time

Economy Shipping usually takes 10 to 21 days to arrive. Faster options are available — you can upgrade at checkout, or write to us and we will help you choose.

Sending a gift

If you are shipping to a different address, enter it in the "message to seller" field at checkout and we will leave the receipt out of the package. We can also include a short handwritten card — just put your message in the same field.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Email us photographs of the package and the item as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can open a claim with the carrier. This is separate from, and does not limit, the 21-day guarantee below.

Customs and Import Duties

European Union and rest of world

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your local authorities. Please respond promptly to any request from your customs office. If a delivery is refused or not cleared through customs, the package is treated as abandoned and we are not able to refund it.

Returns and Exchanges

21-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after trying it on or holding it in your hands, you can return it within 21 days of delivery, in its original, unused and unwashed condition, for a full refund of the product price.

How to request a return or exchange

• Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. You can also use the Orders and Returns form in your account.
• Wait for our reply — we will confirm the exact return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.
• Pack the item carefully and include a note with your order number inside.

Return shipping

Please send returns by Standard Shipping through your local post office. Do not use express or courier services such as EMS, DHL or FedEx — those shipments incur charges we cannot accept on our end.

Refunds

• Standard processing takes 10 to 14 days from the day the item reaches us.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer. For exchanges, the customer covers shipping both ways.
• Taxes and handling charges are not refundable.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site for your region, and that is the currency you are charged in.

Your card is charged when your order is confirmed. Your payment details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. Payment processing can take up to three business days to settle on our side.

Orders and Your Account

Checking your order

Sign in to My Account to see your order number, order date, status, total, shipping method and tracking. Common statuses are:

• Pending — we have received your order and it can still be changed or cancelled.
• Processing — your items are being prepared for shipment and can no longer be changed.
• Shipped — on its way, with tracking available in My Orders.

If anything looks wrong, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.

Updating your details

You can change your email address, name and password at any time from Manage My Account. Changes take effect immediately.

Order limits

We may limit or decline an order, or limit quantities, where we need to — for example on a suspected fraudulent order or an obvious pricing error. If we do, we will email you at the address on the order and no charge will stand.

Privacy and Security

We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it and support you afterwards: your name, addresses, contact details and order history. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to complete your order, such as our payment provider and shipping carriers, or where the law requires it.

The site runs over an encrypted connection. If you subscribe to our newsletter you can unsubscribe from any email we send. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].

By browsing or buying from www.psytshirt.com you agree to these terms. We may update them, and the version published here is the one that applies to your order. The content of this site is for personal, non-commercial use.

Product colours and images

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so the colour you see may not match the garment exactly.

Prices and errors

Prices and availability can change without notice. Where we find an error we will correct it, and we may cancel an affected order even after it has been confirmed. If your card was already charged, we refund it in full.

Age

This site is intended for people aged 13 and over. Younger visitors should use it with a parent or guardian.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
