The Seed of Life — the overlapping circles that sit at the root of the Flower of Life and most sacred geometry that follows it. We drew our own version and print it across thirty-three pieces, from button up shirts to bags and mugs.
Seed of Life, Flower of Life, and the difference
Seven overlapping circles make the Seed. Keep going and the same construction opens into the Flower of Life, and from there into the geometry people recognise from temple walls and mandalas. Our print sits between the two, which is why it reads as familiar even to people who could not name it.
Why it works as a full print
The pattern repeats without a visible seam, so it wraps a shirt or a bag without a break in the rhythm. That is the whole reason we build the artwork as a tile rather than a placed graphic.
What it comes on
Short and long sleeve button up shirts in black, white and grey, t-shirts in olive and blue, messenger bags, and mugs. The geometry carries at any scale, so the small pieces look as considered as the large ones.
